Tasked with renovating and renewing the energy envelope of the house, we decide to simply replace the energy sources. We added thermal solar panels, connected to a new wood chip heater provided with local wood which allows the house to run entirely on renewable energy. Mostly, we can develop a precise intervention that enters in dialogue with the house. Three cables in tension are ready to host the old vine. The house becomes a moustache, a link in between the facade and the garden, and a covered place to enjoy a sunny day.
